  • Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to attend your booked appointment and would like to reschedule, we ask for at least 24 hours notice so that the appointment can be offered to someone else.

There will be occasions when 24 hours notice isn’t possible and a decision to charge our cancellation fee will be at the discretion of the practice.

Please be aware that if you do not attend an appointment and you do not give notice, a cancellation fee of $100 will be imposed.

  • Medicare Rebates

Medicare rebates are available for eligible clients with a GP referral. Medicare permits eligible persons to access 10 sessions per calendar year with an MHTP Referral.

The Medicare rebate for Clinical Psychology services is $141.85, which will be paid into your account by Medicare after full payment of our professional fees.

If you already have a Mental Health Treatment Plan and it is made out to another treating provider, you will need to have your current MHTP updated to reflect a new referral to your preferred psychologist.

You can see Tracey as a private fee-paying client without a GP referral.

  • Private Health Rebates

Private health fund rebates are available for most health funds. Please check with your health fund about cover for psychological services prior to your appointment.
